We have a 7-day return policy, which means that you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

The shipping costs are for your own account.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with the original packaging. You'll also need the packaging page or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at gervenbulbs@gmail.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Netherlands, South Holland, 2211 ZN, Noordwijkerhout, Castellum 4.

Items that are returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within five business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
